SimpleListMaker allows you to define list templates with specific attributes for list items, then you can use these templates to create all the lists you need.
Lists created with SimpleListMaker can be transfered as csv files to your computer using iTunes. Lists also can be sent as email attachments to be opened with a spreadsheet or with SimpleListMaker app.
